Tommy Hol Ellingsen 28, and Leona Johansson, 21, who are charged for the sex
stunt during the Cumshots concert July 6 of this year, met in court today
dressed as children. They both pleaded not guilty to the charges, and their
particular dress is most likely an attempt to express how dumb they think
the case is.
The couple said that they would rather be jailed than paying the fine.
«I’m not ashamed,» Johansson said when she and Ellingsen met in court
Tuesday.
Refused to accept fine
The two of them were fined NOK 10,000
(USD 1,570) each for the incident this summer, but they refused to pay, and
the case ended up in court.
The lead singer of Cumshots, Kristopher Schau, and television personality
Espen Thoresen Hversaagod are meeting in court as witnesses.
Schau and the other Cumshots members were also fined NOK 10,000 (USD 1,570)
each, but only Schau has paid it. The three other members refused to accept
the fines, and they have to meet in court as well.
«Cumshots can’t live on beer and hard alcohol alone,» said Ole Petter
Andreassen, alias el Doom, after the incident. «We need air to live, that’s
why we support the rain forest.»
Message with an attitude
«Today’s environmentalists are more
politicians than idealists,» complained Ellingsen to TV 2 Nettavisen after
the incident. «We want to get the message out with an attitude.»
The stunt this summer increased the popularity of the organization
immensely.
«We have been contacted by several porn producers in both Denmark and Sweden
regarding making «Fuck for Forest – the Movie»» Ellingsen later revealed.
«We urge people to fight for the things they believe in,» Ellingsen said
just before the court case started. «People may be afraid, but so many low
and worthless things happen.»
Not informed
Espen Thoresen, press officer at the Quart music
festival, stated that they had not been informed.
«We did not know of this before hand,» Thoresen said to TV 2 Nettavisen
after the stunt. «If we had been informed, we would not have improved it.»
The festival was fined NOK 50,000 (USD 7,580) for the stunt, which they
refused to pay, and the case against the festival is scheduled for a later
date.
