Norwegian porn star Rocco introduces «Porn Idol, the search for a porn
star». Instead of singing, the competitors will be simulating orgasms and
having sex in front of the camera.

Rocco launches what he characterizes as «the most exciting erotic concept in
Scandinavia», and claims to have registered more than a hundred participants
already.
«The web site was launched this Sunday night. First you fill in an online
application form, then you will receive a complementary form, in which you
should also enclose pictures,» said Rocco to the Norwegian newspaper
Bergensavisen.

No prosecution
Rocco does not fear that the Norwegian television
channel TV2 bring on a legal action against him.
«Being an idol is not only about music. There already exists an «American
Porn Star», and no one has taken legal proceedings against them,» claimed
Rocco.
Professional actors
After the registration round, auditions will
be arranged in the major Scandinavian towns. The participants are to fake
orgasms, but they are not to have sex at this point.
In the final round, Rocco will hire two women and two men, all professional
porn actors, to have sex with the competitors.
The winner of «Porn Idol» will get the opportunity to participate in a porn
movie whose budget exceeds 200 000 Norwegian crowns. However, Rocco
envisages an even bigger profit for the winners.
